Good catch of fish

Tuesday the 9th was a good day for catching fish. The morning started out cold and clear and the ocean was flat.  It took about an hour from the dock to start fishing. The Ling cod were on the bite. Everyone caught their limit with a lot of releases. The rock fish were biting a little slower but with a good variety. A couple Cabazon, one Copper rock fish about 4 lbs, and a Vermilion rock fish about 3 lbs.  Sea trout[kelp greenling,] china rock, and bass were average size.  They were 4 short of a limit of rock fish. Everyone had a good time and are looking forward to going again.

We are having back to back storms this weekend and have to cancel our trips unless the weatherman is mistaken. We can only hope he is.
